Service of Nine Lessons and Carols at the State House

Centered on the theme Emmanuel, God with us, offered a solemn moment of worship, reflection, and gratitude, bringing the nation's leaders together in a spirit of faith and unity at the year's end.

It was a privilege to be among distinguished Nigerians across generations, including former President Olusegun Obasanjo, former Head of State General Yakubu Gowon (retd.), as well as traditional rulers, faith leaders, and senior public officials.

The sermon by His Eminence Oliver Aba, Prelate of the Methodist Church of Nigeria, called on us to lead lives of humility, service, and shared responsibility. His message echoed the enduring values of Christ that continue to steer leadership and nationhood.
