Their Majesties Attend AIM Congress 2026 as Royal Iwẹrẹ Foundation Signs UAE Cooperation Protocol

His Majesty, Ogiamẹ Atuwatsé III CFR, the Olu of Warri, and Her Majesty Olorì Atuwatsé III today joined His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Cabinet Member and Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence of the United Arab Emirates, alongside other leaders of governments and global institutions, at an AIM Congress 2026 event themed “World Governments as Incubators for Tolerance and Shared Growth.”
At the event, His Majesty delivered a guest speech titled “Tolerance as a Tool for Advancing Peace, Social Cohesion and Shared Prosperity: The Case of Africa.” In his address, His Majesty highlighted the transformative role of tolerance, inclusion and mutual understanding in building peaceful, cohesive and prosperous societies, while emphasising the opportunities for Africa to harness these values as drivers of sustainable development and shared prosperity.
Following his speech, His Majesty and His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan signed a Cooperation Protocol between the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence (@uaetolerance) and the Royal Iwẹrẹ Foundation (@royaliwerefoundation). A signing that reflects a shared commitment to building bridges between institutions and nations, while creating a platform for meaningful dialogue, cultural exchange and initiatives that will contribute to a more peaceful and prosperous world. Furthermore, this landmark engagement further underscores the growing role of traditional leadership and cultural institutions in fostering international cooperation and advancing solutions to some of the defining social and developmental challenges of our time.
